MT. ULLA — There is a special event taking place in Mt. Ulla on Saturday, July 11, but the reason behind it might be even more special than the event itself.
Ansley Faulkner and her sister McKenzie Faulkner are only 15 and 12 respectively, but you would not know it based on the work they have put into organizing a fundraiser for their late aunt, Andrea Faith Williams, who lost her battle with breast cancer five years ago.
To honor their late aunt’s memory, the teens, who live in Bluffton, South Carolina, but spend summers on the Williams Family Farm in Mt. Ulla, organized the fundraiser event with plans to donate all the proceeds to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, a charitable organization their late aunt supported in life…
