RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A flash flood warning has been issued in several Central Virginia localities Sunday morning.
Scattered showers and thunderstorms will move through parts of Central Virginia, including Richmond, throughout Sunday, July 12.
A flash flood warning means that sudden flooding is imminent or already happening in the impacted areas. The following localities are under a flash flood warning until 12:30 p.m.:
- Essex County
- Richmond County
- Lancaster County
