MEXICO, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — A 17-year-old boy died in an afternoon motorcycle crash in Oswego County on Saturday, July 11.
According to a statement from New York State Police, at around 2 p.m., troopers in Hastings went out to Munger Hill Road on State Route 3 following reports of a motorcycle crash, where they found 17-year-old Dalton Cummins at the scene.
Following an initial investigation, police determined that Cummins, of Mexico, tried to pass another driver around a curve on his motorcycle when he lost control. He then hit a tree and was thrown from the bike…
