N.Y. state anticipating transportation needs in Clay, Cicero

State authorities are zeroing in on transportation needs in Onondaga County, as work continues on Micron’s new semiconductor facility.

Gov. Kathy Hochul’s office says the new Central New York Forward project will look at improvements on certain roads in the towns of Clay and Cicero.
