The Northshore Mall is shaking up its public offerings with some new additions to the shopping complex.
What Now Boston reported that upcoming openings at the Northshore Mall include Fogo de Chão, Shake Shack, and Lids Locker Room. A DICK’S House of Sport is planned for fall 2027, with a new Residence Inn by Marriott Peabody opening next spring.
In addition, Dave’s Hot Chicken will also open a new location at the mall, located at 210 Andover St. in Peabody, in mid-August 2026. Dave’s Hot Chicken store will be located on the Promenade, adjacent to Amigo’s Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar, per the mall’s website…
