NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A railroad crossing in North Charleston will temporarily close starting Monday for track maintenance.
Drivers can expect the East Montague Avenue crossing to close July 13 for anywhere from two to five days, depending on the project’s progress and weather conditions.
