Welcome to the heat dome! High pressure is building overhead and bringing warmer temperatures and sunnier skies.
Temperatures will be hot for the next several days. We start the week in the low 90s but eventually climb to the upper 90s by next weekend.
The bubble of high pressure will also keep away any chances for rainfall for the next week. We stay locked in this sweltering pattern through the middle of July.
