CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – Multiple teenagers were arrested and parents were cited during a teen takeover in University City in north Charlotte over the weekend, according to police.
On Saturday, July 11, Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said that 12 teenagers were arrested and 10 parents were cited after a teen takeover at University City Boardwalk.
