NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A North Charleston woman was arrested Sunday for neglecting her 90-year-old husband with dementia, who was found living in unsanitary conditions.
According to the North Charleston Police Department, officers responded to a home on North Kenwood Drive around 7:30 p.m. to conduct a welfare check on an elderly man observed sitting on the front porch.
