MADERA, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – The Madera woman accused of smuggling drugs into a state prison was identified on Monday by Merced County officials.
They named her as 45-year-old Christina Marleen Mejia.
According to the DOJ, she allegedly smuggled drugs into California State Prison, Solano, in March of last year.
On July 6, the DOJ says officers finally found their evidence: 775 grams of heroin, 453 grams of concentrated cannabis, and $2,000 in cash in her Madera home…
