Restaurant Row just turned up the heat. Phở Bar Vietnamese Kitchen has planted its latest flag at Dellagio Town Center on Orlando’s famed dining strip, bringing a modern spin on Vietnamese soups, rice plates and specialty teas to the Dr. Phillips neighborhood. The new arrival leans into the shopping center’s growing reputation as an evening go-to for dinner-focused spots.
Menu and hours
According to the West Orange Times & Observer, the Dellagio location is open daily from 5 to 10 p.m. and includes a kids’ menu alongside standbys such as the house special pho, wagyu pho, a shrimp noodle bowl and a pork-chop rice plate. The paper also highlights a slate of specialty teas, including Thai tea, taro milk tea, fruit tea and an orange-honey tea that line up alongside the kitchen’s pho selections.
The restaurant’s official site lists the Dellagio address and notes that Phở Bar operates other Florida outposts, including a Mills50 location on East Colonial Drive and a Sand Lake area kitchen. The Phở Bar website also states that all locations are walk-in only, do not accept reservations and offer catering for larger parties.
How it fits on Restaurant Row
Dellagio Town Center has been a steady magnet for new concepts, and in April the Orlando Weekly reported that Phở Bar’s owners planned to take over the former Hinabe wagyu shabu-shabu space after only minor interior changes. That report framed the move as part of a broader wave of openings along Restaurant Row that continues to reshape where Dr. Phillips diners head when they go out.
