Second murder charge dropped against man accused of killing repairman, prosecutors say

Prosecutors have dropped a second murder charge against a man accused of killing a repairman on July 2.

Thirty-two-year-old Jaime Garcia was first arrested earlier this month after investigators say he shot and killed Christopher Walsh on July 2. Walsh, a plumber, went to Garcia’s parents’ home on Cathie Drive to fix a leak. Investigators say Garcia didn’t know the plumber, and they have no motive for the shooting at this time.
