Police arrest man after wrong-way driving in Madison

MADISON, Wis. — A 29-year-old man was arrested Sunday night after police responded to a report of a vehicle being driven the wrong way and recklessly in downtown Madison right before 7:40 p.m., according to the Madison Police Department’s daily calls log.

The man allegedly ran from the scene when he saw officers arrive. Officers apprehended him shortly afterward.
