FOXBOROUGH — On Thursday, May 14, 2026, at approximately 9:25 p.m., Officer Kurt Pollister of the Foxborough Police Department was traveling southbound on Route 1 when he observed a vehicle with Massachusetts plates stopped at a red light at Pine Street.

“When the light turned green and the vehicle began to continue down Route 1, I observed the driver’s side brake light to be defective,” Officer Pollister said. “I then initiated a motor vehicle stop on Route 1 in the area of Motorcycles of Manchester (MOMs). I approached the vehicle and asked the driver for his license and registration at which time he produced a Mass ID card along with the vehicle’s registration.
