BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) — A new planned development community filled with over 5,000 new homes could soon reshape one of Berkeley County’s fastest-growing corridors.
County leaders took a major step forward, saying they are pleased with the progress, but some residents are still concerned.
