JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) -Many summer camps give kids an opportunity to learn, have fun and swim, but one Jackson youth organization makes community service a priority. Youth Outreach Summer Enrichment Program participants hit the city streets, ridding them of trash and debris.
“Keep your city clean. Keep your community clean. Y’all understand,” Youth Outreach Summer Enrichment Program founder Timothy White told a group of 10 children.
