HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Diversity Richmond is bringing “Pride at the Park” back to King’s Dominion in August with a full day of celebration and entertainment.
On Saturday, Aug. 8, from noon to 4 p.m., the King’s Dominion pavilions will host a pride festival inside the park, featuring performances from RuPaul’s Drag Race alum Mhi’ya Queen of Flips and local artists Alvion Arnell Davenport, Just Jasmen and Arik LeDouche, according to a release from Diversity Richmond.
The event will also feature community organizations and activities, music from DJ Amy Alderman, giveaways and prizes from local sponsors and an exclusive “Pride at the Park” beer from Center of the Universe Brewing Company, the release said…
