The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office Special Victims Unit is requesting public assistance to identify individuals who may have had encounters with a man recently arrested on sexual assault charges.
Investigators stated that Stephen Hakim allegedly met victims through various online dating platforms. Following his arrest, detectives revealed they believe there may be additional victims who have not yet come forward to law enforcement.
