Man convicted of vehicular manslaughter arrested on warrant

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A man convicted of vehicular manslaughter was arrested on an outstanding DWI warrant, according to the El Paso County Constable’s Office for Precinct 3.

On Tuesday, July 14, deputies with the Constable’s Office received information that 35-year-old Gerardo Molina had an outstanding warrant for DWI with a $10,000 bond.

The charge stems from a November 2025 El Paso Police Department investigation in which Molina was involved in a traffic accident while operating a motorcycle, the Constable’s Office said…
