HORICON, Wis. — A Columbus man is accused of crashing into a parked Horicon police squad car early Sunday morning.
Police said a Horicon police officer was legally parked in the 300 block of Barstow Street shortly before 12:25 a.m. while conducting stationary radar enforcement in a marked patrol unit.
