OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – A man accused of assaulting a woman outside Valley has now made his first court appearance.
Joseph McNeal, 43, has been formally charged with first-degree false imprisonment and terroristic threats; each charge carries a maximum penalty of up to three years in prison.
His bond was set at $25,000 on Monday.
