ROCKFORD, Ill (WTVO) — 34-year-old Marnell Fulton was found guilty of a 2021 Rockford murder, according to the Winnebago County State’s Attorney’s Office.
On December 15, 2021, Rockford Police responded to the 500 block of South 2nd Street for a report of a shooting victim.
