ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Around the interchange at Bayless and Interstate 55, drivers will often find folks camping under the overpass and asking for money on the side of the road.
“It’s dangerous for the people that are soliciting the funds, it’s dangerous for the motorists,” said St. Louis County Councilman Mike Archer.
