Warning signs posted for elevated E. coli levels at Quinn’s Pond

BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — Boise Parks and Recreation states routine water quality testing on Monday, July 13, shows elevated levels of E. coli bacteria at one of the test sites at Quinn’s Pond, located on the north side near the dock.

Parks and Recreation posted warning signs at the pond. Crews will work to improve water quality in the area in addition to completing follow-up testing to confirm this result. Staff will remove posted signage as soon as test results show bacteria concentrations meet state standards…
