LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Now more than a month into the I-65 summer shutdown and a big recurring problem keeps popping off away from the highway; more semi trucks are scraping into the infamous “can opener” on UofL’s campus.
“When I see one, I’m never that shocked,” UofL student Dylan Foley said. “I’m like ope, there it goes the can opener again.”
