RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A troubled Richmond apartment complex has fully restored its air conditioning after several days without. However, there are still a host of health and safety concerns management still needs to address.
On Monday, July 6, the air conditioning systems in all four buildings of the Legacy at Imperial Village apartment complex failed. While three of those buildings saw their A/C restored by the next day, residents of the Dogwood building had to wait far longer.
As of Monday, July 13, Richmond officials say Dogwood building residents have air conditioning again after a week of going without.
