Grazia Craft Kitchen & Cocktails is preparing to bring its scratch-made Italian cuisine and handcrafted cocktails to the heart of Old Town Fort Collins.
The restaurant is planned for 160 W. Mountain Avenue, inside the historic William S. Hill building. Owner Adrian Hembree told WhatNow Media Group the team recently submitted its plans to the city and is targeting a February 1, 2027, opening, pending approvals.
