The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department arrested and charged Keytavious Lewis, 18, who is accused of shooting and killing a man outside the S&D Banquet Hall on University City Boulevard.
Officers arrested Lewis on Wednesday and charged him with first-degree murder.
