RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Richmond’s free “Summer on the Southside” concert series will begin at the end of July.
The concert series will be hosted at Broad Rock Sports Complex at 4827 Old Warwick Rd., according to a July 14 announcement from the Richmond Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities and Nicole Jones, city councilmember for the 9th District.
