MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — Police in Montgomery County were investigating an assault in April as a hate bias incident.
The Montgomery County Department of Police (MCPD) said that the assault happened on April 29 around 10:35 a.m. at the intersection of Viers Mill Road and Randolph Road.
Police said that there, the suspect assaulted a victim, an adult, on a Ride On bus before leaving.
