TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Four children and one adult were hospitalized in an incident that prompted a massive response from police, fire and HAZMAT crews on Wednesday. First responders urged drivers to avoid the area.
Toledo Police said officers were called for a report of unconscious people in a vehicle in 300 block of Phillips Avenue, near Detroit, at around 11:10 a.m. on July 15.
