LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KAIT) – Arkansas State Police launched a new video series on Wednesday called “Rules of the Road,” aimed at helping the public understand common traffic laws.
The series will focus on scenarios Arkansas State Troopers typically encounter. The first video covers what drivers should do when pulled over by law enforcement.
