WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – New court documents reveal that 19-year-old Diego Moreno-Espinoza told investigators he did not intend to pull the trigger when he shot a young girl in the stomach.
According to a newly released affidavit, on the morning of July 3, Moreno-Espinoza decided to put a handgun back together after taking it apart the night before because he was going to drink.
