BERNALILLO — The Sandoval County Sheriff’s Office warned the public of an armed and dangerous man in a social media post July 15.
Anthony Cerbone, 38, of Bernalillo, is wanted for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, conspiracy to commit aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, conspiracy to commit aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, attempted shooting at or from a motor vehicle and tampering with evidence. The charges are associated with a shooting that took place May 21.
Two summoned for Bernalillo shooting
According to affidavits of arrest, Lucero and Cerbone were found by Sandia Police on State Road 313, as was the victim, who had a gunshot wound in the arm. Bernalillo Police responded, as the crime had occurred in the town.
