The City’s Department of Health, Housing & Homelessness has launched three separate requests for proposals, inviting nonprofit and government developers to compete for dollars drawn from federal grants, local bond funds, and City-owned land.
What’s being offered and who can apply
The largest pool is the Workforce Housing Trust Fund RFP, backed by $9.25 million to $12.5 million in 2025 general obligation bond funds, plus an additional appropriation under Council resolution R-25-206.
