VOORHEESVILLE — The village of Voorheesville recently held its second community meeting to solicit feedback about what it should do with the home of its first chief executive.
The village bought 18 South Main St. in 2024 for parking, planning to demolish the building, put up a small pavilion, and add green space, but that changed once it was learned the building was once owned by Frank Bloomingdale, Voorheesville’s first mayor.
