BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – Thursday begins warm and muggy across the WBRC viewing area, with temperatures in the low to mid 70s this morning. We should see more sunshine again today, although a few clouds will mix in from time to time.
Afternoon temperatures are expected to reach the upper 80s to low 90s. A few isolated showers may develop during the afternoon and early evening, but most communities should remain dry. A rumble of thunder cannot be completely ruled out, although thunderstorms are not expected to be widespread.
Any showers should fade after sunset, leaving a partly cloudy and humid night. Temperatures are expected to settle into the lower to middle 70s by Friday morning.
