WILTON, Conn. — A man police suspect stole thousands of dollars worth of scrap metal from a Wilton business, came back a month later, stole some more, and returned again in August 2025 according to officials.
George Bimbo, 37, of Woburn, Mass., was charged with Criminal Trespass and Larceny in connection with thefts at Findorak, John & Sons Inc, on Danbury Road, in December 2024, and in January 2025, and returned again in August 2025 when he became a suspect.
Police said Bimbo and another man were driving a maroon van, similar to to one seen on security camera footage at the time of the previous thefts. Bimbo also matched the suspect seen in the video…
