SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV)– A group of sixth graders got a hands-on look at the future of high-tech careers today, July 15, at Onondaga Community College.
From flying drones, building electronic circuits, soldering boards, programming robots, and so much more, the three-day Micron Chip Camp gives students a chance to explore STEM through interactive activities.
It highlights new opportunities for adult learners through the SUNY Reconnect Program. It also gives students an early introduction to careers that could one day support Micron’s growth in Central New York.
