Lefty’s Alley and Eats will open its doors to the Newark community on Friday, July 17, officially opening its second location in Delaware at The Grove shopping center.
NEWARK — The Lefty’s brand is traveling from the beaches of Lewes to the city of Newark. A new Lefty’s Alley and Eats location in The Grove shopping center in Newark, Delaware, will open to the public on Friday, July 17, according to their website.
The location fills a 55,000 square-foot space in the building behind Raising Cane’s and next to The Picklr. The space is filled with 16 bowling lanes, four lanes dedicated to duckpin bowling, an axe throwing area, billiard tables and an area for darts. Next to the axe throwing station is a Topgolf simulator experience where participants can throw a football, swing a golf club or kick a soccer ball into the simulator screen.

Patrons walking into Lefty’s are greeted by staff at the front desk straight ahead and a large arcade space to their left. The arcade area has a plethora of games to choose from ranging from racing games to pinball machines. On the customers’ right is a row of large windows looking into the indoor-outdoor patio space where people can sit and enjoy their food and beverages…
