The historic Saline County Courthouse is temporarily closing its Main Street entrance for extensive exterior restoration work. This will begin the afternoon of Friday, July 17. Read more below.
Visitors will be redirected to alternative entrances on the Market Street side of the building while contractors repair the century-old brick and mortar.
This closure on the gazebo side of the courthouse will allow contractors to safely remove deteriorated mortar surrounding the entrance, clean the existing brick, and install new mortar.
