Overland Park police ramping up e-bike enforcement

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — On Wednesday, the Overland Park Police Department posted a video on social media showing two children under the age of 12 riding electric motorcycles that became stuck on a roadway.

The children, 10 and 11 years old, were riding near 159th and Metcalf when suddenly, one e- motorcycle stopped working in the middle of the roadway. Fortunately, the kids were able to push the e-motos to safety.
