HEIDELBERG TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A combine caught fire in Lehigh County on Thursday, prompting a response from several fire companies.
Emergency officials at the scene told 69 News they were called to the scene in Heidelberg Township at 2:30 p.m. after a farming combine caught fire while being used in a field near the intersection of Sell Road and Ridge Road.
When crews arrived, the combine was fully engulfed and fire began to spread to surrounding fields…
