Virginia State Police is investigating a fatal crash that occurred at approximately 5:07 p.m. Wednesday, in the 800 block of Graves Mill Road in Madison County.
The preliminary investigation indicates a sedan travelling eastbound on Graves Mill Road crossed the centerline and struck a westbound pickup truck.
The driver of the sedan was ejected and died at the scene. Identification remains pending…
