Pacific Beach serial rapist serving 96-year prison sentence denied parole

SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — Kenneth Bogard, who is currently serving a more than 96-year sentence in prison for attacking seven women in their Pacific Beach homes in the 1990s, was denied parole for three years on Wednesday.

Bogard, 68, has served 32 years of his 96-year and eight-month prison sentence, according to San Diego County District Attorney Summer Stephan’s office.
