Police: Man dead after stabbing in Syracuse

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — A man is dead following a stabbing on Thursday, the Syracuse Police Department said.

Syracuse Police Sgt. Tom Blake said in a statement that at about 4:45 p.m. on July 16, officers went to a home on the 100 block of Forest Avenue for a report of a stabbing.

A 32-year-old was found with a stab wound to the arm when police got to the scene. The man was treated by emergency medical personnel from AMR Ambulance before he was taken to Upstate University Hospital…
