Construction is now complete on the new Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux, located at 3520 NE Evangeline Thruway (I-49) in Carencro, with the restaurant now conducting employee training ahead of its grand opening.

Inside, the restaurant is centered around a large bar with an expansive collection of overhead TVs. The restaurant features several large TV arrays mounted throughout the dining areas, along with additional individual televisions placed throughout the restaurant along with a small game room. Seating includes a mix of bar-height tables, standard dining tables, lots of booths, and a nice-sized outdoor patio with plenty of seating and TVs.
As we previously posted, the Carencro location is one of the first Walk-On’s restaurants built using the company’s newest “Gator” prototype. The updated design features a smaller footprint than previous locations while making more efficient use of the available space. The new prototype also incorporates a dedicated to-go area, improved acoustics, and a layout designed to maximize seating and the overall guest experience…
