Entergy Arkansas is expanding its in-person customer care events across the state to help residents manage their bills and stay cool during the summer.
Pop-up events are scheduled from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on July 20 in Star City, July 21 in Gould, and July 29 in Little Rock, where a limited number of free fans will also be distributed.
Attendees can access in-person support for payment assistance resources, energy-saving tips, and LIHEAP applications, provided they bring required documents like photo identification, proof of income, and recent utility bills…
