ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT) – A man has admitted to causing a crash that killed a Schenectady motorcyclist last year.
Jacob Snide, of Ravena, pleaded guilty in Albany County Court on Friday in connection with the July 14, 2025 crash in Glenmont that killed Patrick Lafortune Jr. Prosecutors said Snide was traveling south on Route 9W near Corning Hill Road around 5 p.m., when he crossed the center line and struck Lafortune.
