A woman fought off a man who grabbed her on a Virginia walking trail Wednesday night, escaped his grasp, and made it to safety before calling 911, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.
The attack happened around 8:30 p.m. on July 15, in the area of Algonkian Parkway and Lowes Island Boulevard in Loudoun County.
